What in the world is a Holistic Nutritionist?

A holistic nutritionist looks at the person as a whole: the mind, the body and the spirit. This is where each person is unique. I look at your stress levels, the thoughts you think, what body system may be out of balance, trauma, your physical and lifestyle choices. I look for ways to bring the person into homeostasis (balance). I will show you the root cause of the issue and teach you how to listen to your body's messages.

I really don’t know where to start, can this program help me?

Yes, you do! Each person is unique and the plan has to be unique as well. Everything from the meal plans, selected foods, supplements recommended and lifestyle strategies are all tailored to the person's individual health, goals and needs.

Do yo have a refund policy?

Unfortunately, not. I'm giving you personalized attention and have committed to you. I’m planning on you committing to yourself and your health. Once you’re in…you are in. I understand that things can happen. If you prefer to not continue with the calls you may remain in the facebook group.

Will I be left on my own or will I have support?

You will definitely have support with scheduled meetings and the ability to contact me with your questions via a private Facebook group, zoom, and email.

Can you give me health recommendations without a consultation?

I can not provide any recommendations regarding your personal health until we have completed an initial consultation.

Who do you work with?
